WhatNext is an online support network of people committed to providing those facing cancer with timely access to peers, perspectives, and resources based on their specific diagnosis, treatments, and other experiences. In addition, WhatNext provides an organized way for individuals to share their cancer journey and insights, so others can get a better idea of what they might expect as they move through their own cancer journey.

Developed with the participation of the American Cancer Society, WhatNext uses unique technology to match users to other users who are most like them, based on cancer type, treatment experiences, and other diagnosis details. On the WhatNext site, people can share information about their personal experience with cancer in as little or as much detail as they want by creating their own cancer journey. They can also ask and answer questions, connect with others, and access information from cancer.org and learn about local resources and events.
