Healthy Living Newsletter

Diet, exercise, smoking, and other lifestyle choices you make all impact your overall health and your risk for cancer. To help you stay well, the American Cancer Society offers Healthy Living, a monthly e-newsletter with useful information on eating right, staying active, and other steps you can take to help reduce your cancer risk. (Available in Spanish.)

Breast Cancer Update

The Breast Cancer Update is an electronic newsletter featuring new research and treatment breakthroughs, prevention and early detection tips and guidelines, and an inspirational story of a breast cancer survivor, caregiver, or volunteer. Published three times per year, each issue also includes opportunities for you to personally make a difference in the fight against breast cancer.

New Connections

Whether you are currently going through treatment, a cancer survivor, or caring for a loved one with cancer, New Connections will answer many of your questions. While everyone's experience is unique, those battling cancer often share similar emotions, struggles, and triumphs. New Connections touches on these similarities and reminds people they aren't alone in their experience. It provides accurate, timely information, inspiring stories, research updates, and provides assistance in accessing cancer-related programs.

Support Series

A series of electronic communications for patients, survivors, and caregivers designed to meet you where you are — whether you have been recently diagnosed with cancer, are in active treatment, post treatment, or if you are a family member or friend who is caring for a loved one who has cancer. These emails provide information about programs, services, and events in your area; access to one-on-one emotional support, online support networks, and ways to connect with others; and news and information about the latest medical research, clinical trials, and treatment options.
