Our bookstore features more than 55 award-winning books for you and your family, including STAY WELL books for adults and children on healthy living, disease prevention, cooking, smoking cessation, and nutrition, as well as GET WELL books on cancer treatment, side effects, coping, caregiving, and survivorship.

The bookstore also offers a number of books of interest to physicians, nurses, dietitians, and other health professionals, from comprehensive, evidenced-based patient guides on cancer treatment, nutrition, complementary and alternative therapies, pain management, lymphedema, and palliative care, to sourcebooks for oncology nurses and social workers, to statistical atlases on cancer and tobacco use.

Continuing Education

The American Cancer Society provides continuing education activities for physicians and nurses based on articles in CA: A Cancer Journal for Clinicians. All journal-based CE activities offered in CA are FREE of charge and will award AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ or ANCC contact hours upon successful completion of the quiz. The American Cancer Society is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Cancer Cytopathology is a peer-reviewed publication of the American Cancer Society. The objective of the journal is to provide a forum for the exchange of information among cytopathologists and related oncologic disciplines concerned with the etiology and course of cancer and its diagnosis and prevention. Original research articles cover detection, ethics, etiology, genetics and cytogenetics, imaging, immunology, oncogenes, clinical pathologic correlations, and screening. Key topics include analytic cytopathology, fine-needle aspiration, gynecologic cytopathology, immunochemistry, and molecular diagnostics.
