More than 30,000 cancer specialists from around the world gathered in Chicago this week for the 47th annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO). The event ran from June 3rd through 7th. It featured the latest advances in clinical cancer research.
This year‘s educational and scientific sessions focused on patient and survivor care, including topics like cancer-related complications, quality-of-life management and end-of-life care.
