Experts Gather to Discuss Latest Breast Cancer Research

Breast cancer researchers from all over the world head to Texas this week for the annual San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS). Now in its 33rd year, the conference showcases the latest in breast cancer research.
The event, which runs from December 8th through the 12th, is co-sponsored by the Cancer Therapy and Research Center at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, the American Association of Cancer Research (AACR), and the Baylor College of Medicine. This year’s schedule features presentations on breast cancer causes and prevention, emerging treatments, new clinical trial data, and more.
