Job Description
The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing assistance in tracking multiple projects, and will work to facilitate next steps in a given project implementation. This person will work to ensure good practices in standard methodologies and processes are used in the execution of projects. This position serves as a single point of contact and acts in a liaison capacity to manage projects performed by Project Management. Strong project management skills are necessary to be successful in this role. The right person for this opportunity will either have a project management certification, or will be willing to attain a project management certification on the job. Organization and continual follow-up is vital to this role. The Project Administrator’s primary responsibility is 1) manage project status reports from design to implementation, 2) document and track all development requests, 3) monitor and maintain development schedules and implementation, 4) establish clear follow up dates, proactively contacting others to review progress and confirm action taken, 5) assist in the coordination of meetings in order to assure timely and accurate completion, 6) ensure development project plans adhere to the Master Project Plan throughout the project lifecycle, 7, 8) ensure that technical documentation is complete through the project lifecycle, 9) 10) track project implementation through established Change Control procedures, 11) Participate in meetings and makes recommendations for process development or changes in service. 11) Participate in customer calls and reviews

Job Requirements
Associates degree within a technical area with relevant work experience tracking projects using Micro Soft Project or equivalent education and experience. Experience maintaining multiple project plans, excellent writing, communications and organizational skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, strong interpersonal skills to work and communicate with a highly technical team of peers.
