Kick-It: A Motorcycle Ride to Fight Cancer
Fairfield County event set for Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009

The Seventh Annual American Cancer Society Kick It Motorcycle Ride in Fairfield County, CT, is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009. This 40-mile ride from Danbury Fair to Indian Well State Park in Shelton attracted more than 1,000 participants last year, including 50 cancer survivors, and raised nearly $50,000 for the Society’s cancer research program, education efforts to help the public reduce their cancer risk, and support programs to ease people's cancer journeys.
