Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins
Email:

This email began appearing around 2007 as a preface to another email making circulating at the time about the dangers of microwaving plastic. It gives a long list of various nutritional methods to combat cancer attributed to Johns Hopkins University, implying that these methods are more effective than traditional approaches of chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery.

Fact:

Johns Hopkins had nothing to do with the email nor do they consider its contents valid. In fact, the university has published a rebuttal of its claims. For a comprehensive review, see www.snopes.com
