Root Beer Floats

From the ACS cookbook Celebrate! Healthy Entertaining for Any Occasion

Ingredients:

  • 6 12-ounce cans root beer
  • 1 half-gallon carton fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions

Pour root beer into tall glasses.

Spoon 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt into the top of each glass.

Serve with tall spoons or long drinking straws.

Makes approximately 8 cups of root beer.

Serves 8. Approximate per serving: 260 calories; 0 grams of fat.
