Targeted Therapy and Your Skin

The ultimate aim of targeted therapy, of course, is to get rid of cancer cells. Unfortunately, healthy skin cells sometimes get caught in the crossfire.

The result can be unpleasant: rashes, redness, swelling, dryness, itchiness and other dermatological woes to discuss with your doctor.

To learn about what causes these side effects, what can help prevent them, and why doctor notification is so important, please read "Skin Changes Caused by Targeted Therapies."
