Detailed Guide: Vulvar Cancer
Treatment of Vulvar Adenocarcinoma

If Paget's disease is present and there is no associated invasive carcinoma, treatment is wide local excision or simple vulvectomy. If an invasive adenocarcinoma of a Bartholin's gland or of vulvar skin sweat glands is present, radical vulvectomy is recommended with removal of inguinal (groin) lymph nodes on one or both sides of the body.
