The Cancer Statistics Presentation 2004 presents extensive statistical data on cancer
incidence, mortality, and survival. It also presents information on risk factors
for cancer such as prevalence of frequent smoking in youths, trends in cigarette smoking
in adults, trends in physical activity, and screening exams. An accompanying script
describing the data in each slide is included.
