Request A Room

To stay at Hope Lodge Worcester, you must be referred by your physician or health care professional.

Your health care professional must fill out the Referral Form.

The Hope Lodge Worcester staff will coordinate with your health care professional to put your name on our waiting list. It is advisable to initiate the referral process well in advance of the first date of treatment, as patients are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We will notify you when you have been assigned a room, following up with a phone intake and informational session.
