Request A Room

To stay at the Atlanta Hope Lodge, you must be referred by your Atlanta area physician or health care professional. Your health care professional must fill out the Referral Form. The Atlanta Hope Lodge staff will coordinate with your health care professional to put your name on our waiting list. It is advisable to initiate the referral process well in advance of the first date of treatment, as patients are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will notify you when you have been assigned a room.
