Referral Guidelines

How to Request a Room:

To stay at the Kansas City Hope Lodge, a patient must contact their referring professional at their treatment facility. The referring professional, along with the patient, will complete a form which will then be faxed or emailed to the Hope Lodge. Once Hope Lodge staff receive a referral, the patient will be called to confirm the reservation. If possible, a referral should be sent to the Lodge well in advance of a patient's first date of treatment.

Referrals are approved after Hope Lodge staff has initial contact with the patient. Referrals must be approved by lodge staff before a guest can stay. Referrals are approved within 24 hours of receipt of referral. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis.

While everything is done to ensure the contentment of our guests, our Hope Lodge is not a medical facility. We are unable to accomodate anyone who requires a skilled nursing staff.
