To stay at the Hope Lodge St. Louis, a patient must contact their referring professional at the treating hospital. The referring professional, along with the patient, will complete a form which will then be faxed or emailed to the Hope Lodge.

For eligibility requirements, please   click here.

To stay at the Hope Lodge St. Louis, patients must:

  • Have a referral from their doctor, nurse, or social worker verifying treatment
  • Be receiving outpatient treatment at a St. Louis facility.
  • Be able to care for themselves or bring one person, age 18 or older, who can care for them. (If a child under 18 is in treatment, two adults may stay with the child).

All referrals must be approved by the Lodge manager before a guest can stay. Referrals are approved Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis.

While everything is done to ensure the contentment of our guests, our Hope Lodge is not a medical facility. Any patient requiring a skilled nursing staff is not eligible to stay. For more specific information on the eligibility requirements, please call June Shinners at (314) 286-8150, or  click here to email her.
