Request A Room

To stay at the Hope Lodge Buffalo, you must be referred by your physician or health care professional. Your health care professional must fill out the Referral Form complete with treatment type, frequency and anticipated treatment start and end dates. The Hope Lodge Buffalo staff will coordinate with your health care professional to make your reservation.

It is advisable to initiate the referral process well in advance of the first date of treatment, as patients are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We will notify you when you have been assigned a room.
