Request A Room

To stay at the American Cancer Society's Memorial Foundation Hope Lodge, you must be referred by your Nashville area physician or health care professional. Your health care professional must fill out the Referral Form. The Hope Lodge staff will coordinate with your health care professional to put your name on our wait list. It is advisable to initiate the referral process well in advance of the first date of treatment, as patients are accepted on a first-come, first serve basis. We will notify you and/or your health care professional when you have been assigned a room.
