Requesting a room is simple.

Contact your physician and ask them to send a referral to Hope Lodge. Your physicians at Marshfield Clinic or St. Joseph’s Hospital have our referral forms on hand and will be happy to assist you.

After we receive the referral, we will contact you about a week before your anticipated stay and confirm room availability.

It’s that easy.
