2012-13 Mid-South College Scholarship Application
Since 2001 the Mid-South Division of the American Cancer Society has provided more than 2,000 college scholarships to assist childhood cancer survivors in reaching their educational goals and help provide support to their families. The application packet for the 2012-2013 academic year [ PDF version, 174 KB] is now available and includes information about eligibility. Applications are also available by calling the American Cancer Society at 1-800-227-2345. The application must be postmarked no later than February 1, 2012, and recipients will be notified by mail by April 2, 2012.
