We Can Help You Kick the Habit


When a smoker starts to think about giving up smoking, many ask, “What is the best way for me to quit?” Years of research show there is no one “best” method to stop smoking or dipping and only you can choose what will work. Many smokers choose to quit on their own, but for those who need a little help, the American Cancer Society has collected a list of local smoking cessation resources in our community.
