Turner discusses the difficulties of getting funding as a postdoctoral fellow and his appreciation of his American Cancer Society grant.

As Turner describes it, “Allowing me to stay in cancer (research) for three more years has made a tremendous impact… and I’m positive that kind of investment by the ACS will pay dividends.”
