Doctoral Degree Scholarships in Cancer Nursing

Awarded to graduate students pursuing doctoral study in the field of cancer nursing research, and preparing for careers as nurse scientists. Initial awards are made for up to two years with the possibility of a two-year renewal. There is a stipend of $15,000 per year. Grant applications must be submitted electronically via proposalCENTRAL.

On August 11, 2015, a webinar was held for prospective applicants for the Doctoral Degree Scholarships in Cancer Nursing. The program director and other ACS staff described program requirements and how to use proposalCENTRAL to create and submit an application. Doctoral Degree Scholarships in Cancer Nursing -- Renewal

Eligible applicants are recipients of an initial 2-year Doctoral Degree Scholarships in Cancer Nursing who demonstrate satisfactory progress in their doctoral programs in cancer nursing research. The grant provides up to two additional years of funding with an annual stipend of $15,000.
