Proof of Student Status: Those registering at the special “student, medical resident, or post-doctoral fellow” rate will be asked at conference check-in to provide documentation that they qualify for this reduced rate. Appropriate forms of documentation include at least one of the following:
After completing registration, you will be given the opportunity to reserve rooms at the conference hotel—the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. A limited number of rooms are available at the conference rate of $209 per night, so we encourage you to reserve your rooms soon.
