On or before midnight (eastern daylight time) April 30, 2012:

$150.00 – student, medical resident or post-doctoral fellow rate
On or after May 1, 2012:
$425.00 - general
$200.00 – student, medical resident or post-doctoral fellow rate
Those registering at the special “student, medical resident, or post-doctoral fellow” rate will be asked at conference check-in to provide documentation that they qualify for this reduced rate.
Appropriate forms of documentation include:
Cancellations received on or before April 30, 2012, the cancellation fee is 10%.
Cancellations received between May 1, 2012 and on or before June 1, 2012, the cancellation fee is 25%
There are no refunds given for cancellations received on or after June 2, 2012.
