Registration Fees
Before you begin to register, please be aware that you will be asked to pay a registration fee by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Diner’s Club).

Early-bird registration ends at midnight EST on May 26, 2008.
Those registering at the special “student, medical resident, or post-doctoral fellow” rate will be asked at conference check-in to provide documentation that they qualify for this reduced rate.
Appropriate forms of documentation include:
- a valid, current student ID that includes name, current date, and a photo
- a current transcript indicating name of school and student
- proof of current registration
- a current report card indicating name of school and student
- an official letter on your institute's letterhead verifying your enrollment or employment
Hotel Registration and Rate
The reservation for a room with the conference hotel, the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead, will be done as part of the registration process. The Grand Hyatt in Buckhead is offering a special conference rate of $169 per night plus tax (single or double occupancy).
