Gasoline Cards provided by American Cancer Society Patient Service Center

Program Details

The American Cancer Society makes limited financial assistance available in the form of gas cards for patients to help defray the cost of transportation to and from cancer related medical appointments. The patient must meet all program guidelines and must be traveling to a cancer related medical appointment. Depending on the county in which the patient lives, other criteria, such as distance traveled to treatment, may also apply. Call for more information. Cards can be used at any gas station that accepts Visa credit cards.
