The Health Promotion Council's Southeastern Pennsylvania Tobacco Control Project aims to prevent the initiation of tobacco use, eliminate nonsmoker exposure to tobacco smoke pollution, promote smoking cessation, and identify and eliminate tobacco-related disparities.
