Program Details

The American Liver Foundation (ALF) is a voluntary nonprofit health agency dedicated to the prevention, treatment, and cure of liver disease through research, education, and advocacy. ALF has very limited information on primary liver cancer. They do not have information about cancer that has metastasized to the liver. Services include referrals to local chapters and support groups, physician referrals, and information and materials. ALF offers information about liver diseases and conditions that can lead to liver disease, including but not limited to: - Benign Liver Tumors - Cirrhosis - Hemochromatosis - Hepatitis A, B, C - Live Biopsy - Liver Cancer - Liver Cysts - Liver Transplants - Pediatric liver disease - Primary biliary cirrhosis - Sarcoidosis - Wilson Disease
