Program Details

Services provided include: 1) Review of health history and education about colon and rectal cancer screening. 2) Either an annual FOBT (Fecal Occult Blood Test) or an annual colonoscopy, depending on your health history 3) Colonoscopy following a positive FOBT. 4) Follow-up tests/treatment as necessary. To enroll, you must be a Nebraska resident, age 50 or older, and meet guidelines based on personal/family history. Call for more information.
