Hope Lodge Staff Awarded National Certification - August 2012

Iowa City Hope Lodge Manager Kelly Lamb and Rochester (MN) Hope Lodge Manager Jammie McGuire were recently awarded certification as House Professionals by the National Association of Hospital and Hospitality Houses at their national conference in Nashville. These awards were presented “in recognition of completing certification designed to enhance professional competence and quality of services provided to Hospitality House Guests.” Tampa Hope Lodge Director Sharon Walker-Whitehead, Hershey Hope Lodge Manager Andrea Young, Charleston Hope Lodge Manager Sundi Herring, and Marshfield Hope Lodge Manager Joleen Specht who earned their certification in 2009, were recognized for earning their recertification.

The recipients join Mid-South Division Hope Lodge Director Jocelyn Phillips, Greenville Hope Lodge Manager David Roscoe, Lexington Hope Lodge Director Sheldon Kozee, Cincinnati Hope Lodge Manager Robert Ange, New York City Hope Lodge Guest and Volunteer Programs Manager Lindsay Edgar , Cleveland Hope Lodge Director Cris Williams, Baltimore Hope Lodge Manager Karen Seaberry, St. Louis Hope Lodge Director June Shinners, Birmingham Hope Lodge Director Jennifer Cherry, Burlington Hope Lodge Manager Angela Putnam and Minneapolis Hope Lodge Manager Mary Wiles who earned their certification in previous years.
