American Cancer Society volunteers serve a vital role in our day-to-day operations.  There are many tasks and chores available to the willing volunteer. Tasks include helping with light housework, managing the hospitality desk, organizing complimentary guest dinners, facilitating group activities, or driving guests on community outings.

Many of the donated items listed below ensure that guests receive the best care possible during their stay at the Kansas City Hope Lodge. Donations from an individual or corporation are gladly accepted throughout the year. All monetary donations must be made through the Kansas City Hope Lodge or through the American Cancer Society local offices in Kansas City. When making monetary donations, please indicate that your donation is " TO KANSAS CITY HOPE LODGE" to ensure proper allocation of funds.
