American Cancer Society Clinical Trials Matching Service

The American Cancer Society Clinical Trials Matching Service is a free, confidential program that helps patients, their families and health care workers find cancer clinical trials most appropriate to a patient's medical and personal situation.  Through a partnership with eviti, Inc., we can help you find research studies that are testing new drugs or methods to prevent, detect or treat cancer.  Read our privacy policy for the clinical trials matching service before you get started.

In just a few minutes, you can learn more about clinical trials that are relevant to your situation.  First, log on to our website and complete an online screening questionnaire.  The information you provide will be matched against the eligibility requirements for the studies in our database.  You will then be able to view the treatment summary and contact information for the clinical trials for which you might be eligible.  If you are interested in learning more about a particular study, you can then contact the treatment center directly to speak with a study coordinator. Your search will be saved, so you can come back at any time to review the studies or update your questionnaire.

The American Cancer Society also has clinical trial specialists who are trained to answer questions about clinical trial participation, and to open the door to treatment options available through research studies. If you have questions about clinical trials or need help completing the questionnaire, please call 1-800-303-5691 to speak with one of our specialists.

The clinical trials information provided by the American Cancer Society, Inc. is intended to be informational in nature. The Society does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of the information provided. Any information you obtain through clinical trials matching should not be used as a substitute for a visit with a health care provider. Please consult with your health care provider to discuss your matching results.
