Task Groups

The work of the Roundtable will be primarily implemented through Task Groups. Each Task Group will plan, implement, and evaluate 1-2 pilots projects.

The selection criteria for pilot projects included the following:

Responsive – addresses one or more of the five priority areas (providers, parents, systems, policies, and health disparities)
Collaborative – involves cancer prevention and immunization as well as other stakeholders
Impactful – passes the “so what?” test
Feasible – can be completed within one year and with available funds/budget
Novel – qualifies as a project that a large coalition of organizations should undertake and that has not previously been done
