Get personal support with the American Cancer Society’s Quit For Life program.  If eligible*, you’ll get access to a Quit Coach®, web portal, and tools to customize a plan to break free from tobacco for good.  Your Quit Coach will help you create an easy-to-follow quit plan that will show you how to get ready, take action, then start your journey toward a smoke-free life.

*Enrollment specialists will ask for your employer, health plan, and zip code to determine if you are eligible to enroll in the Quit For Life program. Those not eligible will be transferred to their state quitline to learn what their state offers in terms of personal cessation support. There is no cost to enroll in the Quit For Life plan, for those eligible.
