Michelle is the Senior Director, Wealth Consultant for Planned Giving Nationwide. She joined the American Cancer Society in 2005 as an Executive Assistant for the Planned Giving Business Unit. Michelle became a Director of Estate and Asset Services in 2007 and then Senior Director, Estate and Gift Planning in 2013. In her current role, Michelle works with individuals to help them accomplish their philanthropic goals. In addition, she works in consultation with planned giving staff across the country. Her role helps advance the American Cancer Society’s efforts in cancer research, patient programming, prevention, early detection, and advocacy.

Prior to joining the American Cancer Society, Michelle was the Campaign Coordinator for the Cincinnati Clean Indoor Air Coalition. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners. She also sits on the Board of Trustees for the Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council and served as President of the Board. She is part of the Xavier University Women of Excellence Council and the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network Board. In addition, she is a member of the Northern Ohio Planned Giving Council, Cleveland Estate Planning Council, and the Cleveland Council on World Affairs.

Michelle graduated cum laude from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio with a BA in Political Science and a Minor in Business Administration. She is committed to saving lives, celebrating lives and helping lead the fight for a world without cancer.
