Courtney della Cava Bio

Courtney della Cava is based in the Bay Area, CA and is an executive advisor at Blackstone, where she most recently served as a senior managing director and the global head of portfolio talent and organizational performance. In this global operating role, she led a team that drove meaningful value creation by optimizing leadership, organizational performance and governance across the Blackstone portfolio of 270 companies. Courtney holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from UCLA.
