Michelle M. Le Beau, PhD

Dr. Michelle Le Beau is the Arthur and Marian Edelstein Professor of Medicine, Section of Hematology/Oncology; director of the University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center, an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center; and director of the Cancer Cytogenetics Laboratory at the University of Chicago. Dr. Le Beau is board-certified in clinical cytogenetics by the ABMGG. Dr. Le Beau is the past-president of the Association of American Cancer Institutes, and a former member of the board of directors for AACR, and the executive committee of the American Society of Hematology. Dr. Le Beau is currently a member of the board of directors for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, as well the National Cancer Policy Forum of the National Academy of Medicine.
