Executive Vice President and Operating Officer, New England Division
Peg Camp is the executive vice president and operating officer of the American Cancer Society's New England Division, which serves communities in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
As executive vice president and operating officer, Peg is the New England Division's senior-most staff executive, driving development and implementation of the Society's mission and income strategies across six states, and engaging corporate executives, high-level donors, and leadership volunteers in furthering the fight against cancer. Under her leadership, the Division serves over 20,000 cancer patients and caregivers; engages thousands of volunteers to support community-based programs; inspires and equips hundreds of companies to provide healthy workplaces; and raises $36 million annually to help more people stay well, get well, find cures, and fight back against cancer.
Peg joined the American Cancer Society in 1976 and has served in the Ohio, New York State and New Hampshire Divisions in communications and executive leadership roles before being named executive vice president and operating officer for the New England Division in 2013.
Peg earned her bachelor's degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University.
