Diana has been with the American Cancer Society since 2014 where she served as the Senior Representative for Community Engagement and Market Lead before becoming a Major Gifts Director. Diana has over 10 years of experience in corporate giving, board management, and event planning and sponsorships. She has 20+ years of professional leadership experience in the non-profit sector and in higher education.

Diana is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to shape donor relations, engagement, and investments with the American Cancer Society, increase membership in the Laureate Society and match donor’s financial giving goals with the work of the Society.

Previously, Diana worked as Director of Constituent Relations for the University of Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association where she primarily worked with alumni chapter boards and university donors in top priority markets like New York, Boston, Twin Cities, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and others, and collaborated with several schools for the universities’ multimillion-dollar annual campaigns. She revamped alumni engagement, marketing plans, giving, and board management. Diana spent many years with the Red Cross where she held several senior leadership positions but started her career with United Nations agencies.

Diana and her family reside in Wisconsin. When not working, Diana enjoys being a soccer mom, volunteering, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She serves on the Board of Directors of Literacy Network and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
