Diana has been with the American Cancer Society since 2014 where she served as the Senior Representative for Community Engagement and Market Lead in southcentral Wisconsin before becoming the Major Gifts Director in 2017. Diana has over 7+ years of experience in corporate giving, board management, event planning and sponsorships. She has 18+ years of professional leadership experience in the non-profit sector and higher education.

During her time as Market Leader, Diana worked with high level volunteer leaders and staff to develop and implement strategic plans to shape community engagement, revenue and investment on cancer research, secure new corporate sponsorships and individual gifts, and match donor’s financial giving goals with the work of the Society.

Previously, Diana worked as Director of Constituent Relations for the University of Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association where she primarily worked with alumni chapter boards and university donors in top priority markets in Wisconsin, New York, Boston, Twin Cities, Los Angeles and San Francisco and with different schools and colleges for the universities’ multimillion-dollar annual campaign, revamped the alumni engagement and marketing plans, major gift giving, board management, and planning distinguished events. Diana spent many years with the Red Cross where she held several leadership positions but started her career with United Nations agencies.

Diana and her family reside in Madison, Wisconsin.  When not working, Diana enjoys being a soccer mom, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She serves on the Board of Directors of Literacy Network and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
