Jessica Triana joined the American Cancer Society (ACS) in January 2019 as Director, Major Gifts in South Florida. Prior to joining ACS, Jessica served as the Major Gifts & Planned Giving Officer at the Broward Public Library Foundation leading fundraising efforts for special programs throughout the Broward County Library system. Her earlier roles included development and grant writing responsibilities at academic institutions, local municipalities, and an array of nonprofits addressing issues from health and education, to the basic human rights of immigrants.

Jessica is honored to be part of the ACS team. Her passion for building meaningful relationships while connecting donors to the causes they care about continues to drive her efforts professionally.

Jessica is actively involved with numerous community organizations, including the Association of Fundraising Professionals Fort Lauderdale/Broward Chapter, the Planned Giving Council of Broward County, Broward Center for the Performing Arts Ghost Light Society, and Take Stock in Children of Broward County.

Born to Cuban parents and raised in South Florida, Jessica earned her undergraduate degree in English at Florida International University and a Master of Nonprofit Management degree at Florida Atlantic University. She lives in South Florida with her husband, Jeremy Triana.
