Michael Ehrler

Michael Ehrler brings more than 30 years’ experience working with National companies in the banking and business services industry. His previous roles include Market Manager for Major Accounts at Fifth Third Bank where he developed and implemented a sales model and compensation process focused on building and retaining relationships. While in this role, Michael achieved number one ranking in major accounts for Fifth Third Bank based on sales, client experience, and retaining existing clients with a plus 95 percent.  Prior to this role, Michael served for 13 years in various management positions at Cincinnati Bell in Ohio where he averaged $5M in annual equipment sales and $2.75M in annual telephone services sales achieved through proposals and face-to-face presentations while maintaining over 150 percent of objective annually. 

For the over 14 years, Michael has successfully managed his own business coaching firm, Ehrler Coaching and Consulting, where he provided clients with strategic leadership and training through leveraging his background in sales, marketing, C-level relationships, and customer service to formulate fresh solutions and a roadmap forward toward revenue growth. In addition, Michael served as a Trainer and coach for The Growth Coach national franchise for 10 years and a Graduate Assistant for the Dale Carnegie Institute. 

Michael holds a Master Degree in Business from Thomas Moore College, an Undergraduate Degree from University of Dayton.  

Michael loves traveling, especially when it takes him abroad.
