Michelle Fair

Director of Corporate Relations and Philanthropy

Michelle Fair recently returned to her native Oklahoma, has been with the American Cancer Society since April of 2018 as the Corporate Relations Manager. As the corporate relations manager, she has primary responsibility for the relationship between the American Cancer Society and approximately fifty large corporations based in Oklahoma, or with regional headquarters here. Since October of 2019, Michelle took on the role of Director, Corporate Relations and Philanthropy and increased her portfolio to include all major donors and leading the capital campaign for Hope Lodge Oklahoma.

Michelle has significant experience in the non-profit arena through her work in donor retention and growth strategies with nonprofits such as Project C.U.R.E. and the Neuro-Therapy Foundation. Prior to that, as Global Services Manager for a global investment management firm she excelled at strategic planning and international policy analysis. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a BA in International Business and founded the Student Organization for Fair Trade. She also holds a master’s degree from the University of Denver in International Security and Development, where she was the Vice President of Denver Women in International Security.

Michelle is a member of the Greater OKC Chamber, Women Lead OK, the National Association of Professional Women, and volunteers her time with several nonprofits. She is a past member of the Denver Council on Foreign Affairs, World Denver, and Women in International Security. An avid reader, snowboarder, and traveler, Michelle has a son that she loves to watch play sports and take hiking and camping.
