The Patient Navigation Sustainability Learning Collaborative

The Patient Navigation Sustainability Learning Collaborative is a structured professional education program designed for navigation leaders and navigator staff at cancer centers, community-based programs and nonprofit advocacy organizations that offer oncology patient navigation. The Collaborative supports participants in strengthening the long-term sustainability, standardization, and effectiveness of high-quality patient navigation programs through applied use of: The Promising Practices Supporting the Sustainability of Patient Navigation: An Implementation Guide and The Patient Navigation Sustainability Assessment Tool (PNSAT).
