Since it opened in 2004, the Smith Mountain Lake Discovery Shop has provided unique and quality merchandise at affordable prices to the community. All merchandise in the Discovery Shop is donated by community members who want to support the mission of the American Cancer Society. Our shop also features donated merchandise from the High Point Market in High Point, N.C. Proceeds raised from the sale of donated items are used to help fund cancer research and local programs and services.

The shop is the destination for finding incredible bargains on women’s, men’s and children’s clothing, shoes and accessories, jewelry, home furnishings, furniture, art and collectibles, home décor, household items, sporting goods, garden accents, books, puzzles and games.
