Physician Training Awards in Cancer Prevention

Awarded to institutions to support physician training in accredited preventive medicine residency programs that provide cancer prevention and control research and practice opportunities. Awards are made for 4 and a half years in the total amount of $300,000 based on an average of $50,000 per resident training year. 

Annual Application Deadline: April 1
Note: Grant application materials become available early January.

PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS: Save the Date to participate in an informational call on February 4, 2020 at 2:00 pm EDT. The program director and other ACS staff will advise on the Physician Training Award in Cancer Prevention program requirements and using proposalCENTRAL to create and submit an application.
