Ingredients

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 thin slice peeled beet
  • 1 to 2 unpeeled Gala apples (or other sweet apples)

Directions

In a juicer, combine the carrots, celery, spinach, broccoli, beet, and apples. Process according to machine directions.

Drink immediately for best flavor and nutritional value.
